mycorrhizae is a organic natural species of beneficial soil fungi that creates a "sponge-like" mass which collects and retains nutrients and water resulting in the uptake of both by your plant, the fungi works in a symbiotic relationship with your plants rhizosphere, meaning the fungi keeps your plants root zone happy and vice a versa this will ensure a healthy and abundant root mass which in turn promotes a healthy and abundant yielding plant.
This single species of arbuscular mycorrhizal fungi contains only Rhizophagus intraradices, formally known as Glomus intraradices. MYKOS does not contain any other microbes such as trichoderma or ectomycorrhizae.
MYKOS® granular has been designed to be used when transplanting or repotting by applying a dusting of granules within the hole in the soil you will place your root ball within, the moment root contacts with the fungi the symbiosis begins!
MYKOS® Wettable Powder has been developed for hydroponic gardeners or those who wish to have the benefits of the symbiosis provided by the fungi but missed the opportunity to use granular MYKOS®. The powder fully dissolves in the solution resulting in a full root zone soak on irrigation.
